Our psychologists are specifically trained to assess and provide effective treatment and support for mental health symptoms, relationships and general life problems. In addition, each psychologist has extensive Christian counselling experience, and is ideally suited to support, guide and educate clients through the recovery process following trauma, bereavement, or difficult and significant life stressors.

All psychologists provide therapeutic support and treatment for a broad range of presenting problems. Psychologists also pay particular attention to the identification, and development of, an individual's unique character, gifts and talents. From this basis, new learning for enhanced thought patterns, behaviours, relationships and adaptive coping may occur. Healthy emotion knowledge, regulation and processing skills assist clients to understand and respond to their own needs, and the needs of others, in flexible, adaptive and productive ways.

Psychological support is now available via telephone appointments or by using our online secure private video and text based web facility. Online counselling is designed to be easy and to work on most modern personal computers, laptops and tablet systems. If you can surf the internet, there is a good chance you will be able to access online counselling. Online counselling is available to all suitable clients, but is especially useful for clients in rural or interstate locations, or clients with restricted mobility due to accident or illness.
